Victoria is committed to aiding scholars, parents, and coaches in unlocking their full potential. This is achieved through thoughtfully designed programs, hands-on mentorship, and immersive training experiences. By emphasizing the vital role of etiquette fundamentals, she empowers individuals to create lasting success. 

She currently leads career readiness workshops tailored for collegiate scholar-athletes, but retains an eagerness to extend her reach to scholars across all levels of education.

As a former Division I Track & Field scholar-athlete, she understands the transformative power of self-representation.  While attending Rutgers University on a full athletic scholarship she also maintained pivotal roles within the football recruiting office, providing support to recruits as they transitioned into undergraduate life. Following her collegiate tenure, Victoria returned to her roots in Camden, NJ, where she served as the track & field coach at Rutgers-Camden for four seasons.  She possesses nearly 15 years of experience in the athletic sphere.

Victoria's skills are backed by her certifications in etiquette, parenting, and child nutrition from Stanford University. She is married to Savon Huggins, who is the running backs coach at Boston College, and they have two children, Zion (4) and Zayden (1).
